Policies & What You Should Know
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Your appointment is very important to me, and it's reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hrs. notice. This allows me the opportunity to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.
You may reschedule an appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, I may require a non-refundable deposit or ask that future appointments be scheduled at my discretion.
Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subjected to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
A NOTE ON MY NO KIDS POLICY:
I love children and I am a parent myself. However, to maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment and to ensure the safety of everyone in the salon, I kindly ask you to arrange childcare and refrain from bringing children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
