Color Consultation Policy: 

All new clients are required to complete a "Color Consultation" prior to booking any color service.

Color services are highly customized and require a thorough understanding of your hair history, current condition, desired outcome, maintenance expectations, timing, and investment. A consultation allows us to create a personalized plan that prioritizes both your goals and the integrity of your hair. New clients may not book color services without a prior consultation. Appointments booked without a completed consultation are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

Why Consultations Are Required

  • To review previous color history, chemical treatments, and at-home color use
  • To assess hair health, texture, density, and realistic outcomes
  • To determine the appropriate service, timing, and investment
  • To ensure proper scheduling and avoid rushed or unsafe services

Existing Clients

Established clients may not require a consultation unless there has been a significant change to their hair history, desired result, or if a color correction is needed.

By scheduling a Color Consultation and proceeding with a color service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Color Correction Policy:

Color correction services are highly customized and complex and require an in-depth consultation prior to booking.

Booking & Consultation

Color correction services cannot be booked online. All color corrections must be scheduled directly through me following a consultation to assess hair history, current condition, and realistic expectations.

Pricing & Time Commitment

Color correction services are billed at an hourly rate of $150 per hour, with a minimum of three (3) hours to begin. Total time and cost will vary based on the complexity of the correction and may exceed the initial minimum.

Please note that color corrections often require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result safely.

Hair Integrity & Service Discretion

Your hair’s health and integrity are my top priority. I reserve the right to stop a color correction service at any time if the hair becomes compromised, including but not limited to signs of excessive dryness, breakage, shredding, or melting. If a service is stopped for hair safety reasons, the time spent will still be charged.

No Guarantee Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of color correction—including prior color history, at-home color, chemical treatments, and hair integrity—results are not guaranteed. While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, final results may vary and evolve over multiple appointments.

By scheduling a color correction service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY:

Your appointment is very important to me, and it's reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hrs. notice. This allows me the opportunity to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment. 

You may reschedule an appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, I may require a non-refundable deposit or ask that future appointments be scheduled at my discretion.

Cancellations made within less then 48 hours may be subjected to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service!!

A NOTE ON MY NO KIDS POLICY:

I love children and I am a parent myself. However to maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment and to ensure the safety of everyone in the salon, I kindly ask you to arrange childcare and refrain from bringing children to your appointment, unless they are receiving a service.
